What is CatIntel?
CatIntel is a premium AI-powered cat wellness companion for iPhone. It helps you track feeding, monitor symptoms, store vet records, upload insurance documents, and get AI wellness observations from cat photos — all in one beautiful app.
Is CatIntel a veterinary diagnostic tool?
No. CatIntel provides informational insights only and is not a veterinary diagnostic tool. All AI-generated content is for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified veterinarian for any health concerns about your cat.
How does the AI scanning work?
You take or upload a photo of your cat within the app. Our AI analyses the image and provides informational observations about breed traits and general wellness indicators. Results are saved to your cat's wellness timeline.
How many cats can I add?
Free accounts include 2 cat profiles. Additional cat profiles are available as a one-time in-app purchase. There is no subscription required.
How many AI scans do I get?
Free accounts include 2 AI scans. Additional scan packs of 4 scans can be purchased as a one-time in-app purchase whenever you need more.
Can I share my cat's profile with family members?
Yes. You can invite family members to share access to a cat profile. Shared members can add feeding logs, symptoms, upload records, and perform scans. Every action is tracked with the name of who did it.
Is my data private and secure?
Yes. Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase with encryption in transit and at rest. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How do I delete my account?
You can request account deletion by emailing us at catintelapp@gmail.com. We will permanently delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.
What iPhone do I need?
CatIntel requires an iPhone running iOS 17 or later. The app is designed exclusively for iPhone and is not available on iPad or Android.
How do I request a refund?
All purchases are processed through Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and follow Apple's standard refund process. You can also contact us and we will do our best to assist.
